Extremely warm, sleeves too long

I end up just cutting the neck off of these and wearing it under my shirt, so it looks like I’m wearing the whole thing. These don’t breathe well and the sleeves are so long. The double fold “turtleneck” is so dated looking. They need to go to a mock turtleneck. Garbage..
