Unisex=men’s sizes

I miraculously managed to get an XS (which is a nonstock size, which is ridiculous) and an XS unisex is really like a S in women’s. I’m solidly an XS in women’s, so it’s big. Which normally I don’t mind at all but for uniforms you kinda want them to fit. I wish it either came in a XXS or a petite length. It’s a great jacket though. Oh, except that I feel like the pockets zip the wrong direction? I think they should zip up to close, they zip down to close.
